During your initial call we will set up a virtual or face to face appointment where we will discuss the parameters, including the budget, for your project and what you envision for your future space. During this “pre-design” process, we will also discuss any challenges your room presents as well as your purpose and vision for the room, which will help shape the resulting design.

When you decide to move forward with us, we will return for a second appointment to take measurements and photos of your space. At that time we will provide you with a proposal agreement based on our initial conversations which will contain a brief statement about the project and the work it will entail. Based off of your preliminary budget, we will collect a retainer fee that will be applied to your overall project. This non-refundable fee covers the amount of initial planning and design that goes into your project.

No two spaces are alike, this process could be different for each project. Depending on your needs, whether it is as complex as a whole house remodel or as simple as helping you with your color scheme, that is how your fee will be determined. Below are different types of services we provide:

HOURLY RATE:  At an hourly rate of $85.00/hour, we can help you with individual elements that come to design such as paint color, window treatments, pillow selections, or even help you “shop your own home”.

FLAT FEE:  This would entail a full service re-design of your space and price is determined by the scope of the project. This could include but is not limited to: full design and floor plan, paint or wallpaper selection, window treatments, flooring, rug and furniture selections, purchasing and installation.

DESIGN BOARD: If you would prefer to be in charge of your own purchase and installation but just need inspiration and guidance, this option might be best for you. After discussing your project needs, we can help you put together a design plan that you will be able to execute on your own timeline. This would be a fee of $350.00 per room design. We will include up to two options for your selections.
